Our commitment

Cooper & Codex wants this website, and the firm's services, to be usable by as many people as possible. We have built the site with accessibility in mind, and as a service provider we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments so that a disabled person is not placed at a substantial disadvantage. The contact route below is part of how we meet it.

Asking for content in another format

If something on this site does not work for you, or you would like a page, a report, a quote, or any other document in a different format please write to us at enquiries@cooperandcodex.co.uk

Tell us what would help, and we will come back to you. We do not charge for providing content in an alternative format, and we will agree a sensible timescale with you.

If email is not suitable for you, then contact us by whatever means you already been with the firm, and we will agree a solution that works for you.

This is also how to ask for a reasonable adjustment: if a change to the way we communicate or work with you would remove a disadvantage, tell us, and we will do what is reasonable to put it in place.
