Who this is for
Small and mid-sized professional practices in regulated work: surveyors, architects, engineers, and the solicitors and agents who sit alongside them. Practices where somebody has been asked whether the firm should be using this, and where the honest answer has to account for professional obligations as well as capability.
The practices I am of least use to are the ones wanting the technology adopted for its own sake. Where a piece of work does not need it, that is what I will tell you.
How an engagement runs
A conversation first, at no charge, to establish whether there is anything here worth doing for you. Most engagements then start with a readiness assessment, because a plan written without one tends to be a plan for somebody else's practice. Implementation, builds and CPD follow from what that finds.
I quote per engagement with a scope in writing before you commit, and price CPD per session.
What I run my own practice on
The tools I advise on are the tools this practice runs on. Cooper & Codex Intelligence is the wider strand, and products is the software suite itself: dictation-to-report, a structured knowledge base, and the modules that follow them. Advising on systems I had not built and lived with would be a different and much weaker offer.
