I made these tools: designed, built, iterated and used in my own professional practice. The guiding idea is calibrating the instrument: a well-made tool is precise out of the box, but a professional adjusts it to their hand and their conditions. Everything here is configurable from within the tool itself (templates, vocabularies, models, shortcuts), so it accommodates you, not the other way around.
Dictum — the dictation platform
Dictum is an OS-wide dictation layer: a configurable hotkey activates real-time transcription into whatever application is open (email, a browser, Word, anything), with no switching of tools. Profession-specific modules sit on top of that base. Acta captures meetings and site visits, with structured transcription, summaries, and action lists. Norma turns field dictation into a structured report through your own template. It comes to surveyors first, with the template engine ready for other professions.
Archivum — knowledge that maintains itself
Archivum is a self-maintaining knowledge wiki: it ingests a body of documents and builds a structured, interlinked, queryable knowledge base that compounds as new material is added. A working version already holds my own RICS regulatory knowledge, as proof of concept.
The tooling nearest to release
Alongside the surveying suite sits a smaller set of tools built for a different reader: people working alongside AI agents. Sessions and their records, durable memory, house voice, and the checks that keep what an agent produces honest enough to put your name on.
That set is the closest to release of anything here, because it has been in daily use in this practice the longest and has had the hardest wear. If you work that way, tell me and I'll let you know when it ships.

Further modules around Dictum, each solving a specific professional problem and able to run standalone or share the suite's transcription and knowledge backend:
- Scopus — systematic on-site condition recording that feeds straight into a report.
- Tabula — element-by-element condition schedules in standard formats.
- Formula — draft specifications, with a surveyor's domain knowledge built in.
- Ratio — fee proposals in your own template, informed by relevant fee guidance.
- Iter — site-visit logging with auto-generated minutes and action tracking.
