Cancel an instruction

If you have accepted a quote and want to cancel, this form is the quickest way to tell me. You do not need to give a reason, and your notice is recorded the moment it arrives.

I'll confirm receipt by email straight away, and follow up personally about what happens next, including any refund due under the terms. If you'd rather, an email to enquiries@cooperandcodex.co.uk does the same job.
